1. Data we collect
Account and contact data; private official or business email; profile and listing data; portfolio URLs; samples and supporting documents; verification evidence; inquiries, offers and Deal Room records; and usage, device and log data.

Authentication; review and approval; listing display; routing business inquiries; security and fraud prevention; service analytics; legal compliance; and communications you have consented to.
3. Public versus private
Official or business email, verification evidence, private materials, and inquiry or offer details are not publicly displayed.

4. Who can access it
Access to private data is role-based: PICKOLA administrators and reviewers, the relevant counterparties in an inquiry or Deal Room, and service providers that process data on our behalf to host, secure, and deliver the service, including email delivery.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account or listing is active and as needed for the purposes above. Some records may be retained where legally required, for security and audit, disputes, completed transactions, or backups.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. International processing
PICKOLA serves users in several countries, and data may be processed in countries other than your own.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, or to withdraw consent. Send requests to the contact address below.
